Quick five minutes Cottage Cheese delicious meal

Today I share a wonderful recipe which is not only delicious but super quick five minutes meal. Here is a quick recipe.

Ingredients: cottage cheese 400 grams, four green chilis, two tomatoes, two onions, cooking oil, rock salt.

Step 1. Take 400 grams of cottage cheese, and four green chilies, was it well under tap water.

Step 2. Take two tomatoes wash it well and take two onions. Cut this in small parts.

Step 3. Take a frying pan, four tablespoon of cooking oil in it. I took mustard oil, and I water for it to become heated enough to be called smoked, as then mild vapors rises from the cooking oil. Once heated add cut green chile to this frying pan.

Step 4. Grate the cottage cheese in the frying pan. And mix it well in the frying pan for two minutes.

Step 5. Now add chopped onions in the frying pan. Mix well for few seconds minute. Add salt to taste in the frying pan now.

Step 6. Add cut tomatoes on top of the frying pan. DoNot heat it, just mix it and close the gas stove.

It’s ready to be served,

Cheers it’s yum and it’s so quick to make. A meal which is tasty, refreshing and enigmatic.
