How are you all doing? Today I am sharing with you recipe of salad of the day. Here are the details of delicious salad.
Ingredients: Onion, carrot, spring onion, lettuce, cucumber, garlic, apple, fresh green parsley, fresh green basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Recipe for one.
Step 1. Take one cucumber, half onion, cut them in small parts.

Step 2. Take one apple, slice them finely for best taste.

Step 3. Take some lettuce and 4 spring onions, dip them in sea salt water for 5 minutes.

Step 4. Cut spring onion in small parts. Chop the lattice, and carrot finely as well.

Step 5. Take a mix of parsley and basil leaves.

Step 6. Chop these leaves finely.

Step 7. Mince 4 strands of garlic cloves on a chopping board.

Step 8. Take 4 spoon of extra virgin olive oil in a bowl and add garlic to it, add salt to taste. Add minced fresh parsley-basil leaves to it now.

Step 9. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and squeeze in half lemon into the mixing bowl.

Step 10. Mix well, it’s ready to serve.

And it’s nice to have salads sometimes.
