Note: See if you are not allergic to ingredients.

Recipe for 1

Ingredients: Pasta, fresh green parsley, salt, red chilli, 4 strands of Kale leaves, milk, butter, olive oil, garlic cloves.

Step 1. Cut few strands of Kale from your garden, or take it from market. I took 4 strands which were large enough for one person pasta.

Step 2. Wash it, take a wooden chopping board and remove with knife the middle stem from each leaf.

Step 3. Cut Kale leaves into very small parts on a chopping board. Avoid long parts. Keep it in sea-salted water for a minute or two, to make sure it’s clean and bug free.

Step 4. Take one bowl of pasta.

Step 5. Boil the pasta and Kale. You can boil Kale separately as well to avoid loss of nutrients in pasta water draining phase. You need to boil Kale as well as it’s not that easy to eat without being cooked.

Step 6. Take 3 garlic cloves peel them.

Step 7. Use a pestle or mixer grinder to make a paste of the 3 big garlic cloves.

Step 8. Take 2 spoons of olive oil and two small cubes of butter and heat it in a frying pan.

Step 9. Add the garlic paste made above in the frying pan once the oil and butter mixes.

Step 10. Keep moving the garlic in pan, till it starts to change colour mildly.

Step 11. Add 2 spoon of refined flour in the pan then. Mix it well in the pan to make sure it is cooked flour, it may take a minute depending on the heat you are providing.

Step 12. Take 3/4 th cup of milk.

Step 13. Add this milk in pan once the four is cooked in oil and butter. Keep mixing water with the spatula.

Step 15. Keep mixing till a consistent creamy mixture is formed in the pan. Close the gas lid / heat till you complete the following steps.

Step 16. Drain excess water from pasta using a seive. Put the pasta and Kale mix in the frying pan now.

Step 17. Take a handful of fresh green pasta, wash it.

Step 18. Take the leaves of parsley and put it on a chopping board.

Step 19. Cut fresh green parsley leaves into small parts with a knife.

Step 20. Put on the heat on frying pan, keep mixing the mixture in pan, when it’s getting dryer, add chopped parsley leaves on top of frying pan mixture.

Step 21. Mix well. Add salt and red chilli as per taste.

Step 22. It’s ready time to serve.

Delicious !
