Yummy vegi mix, Green peas, potatoes and cottage cheese mix for puff patties

How are you all doing? It’s been long I didn’t cooked much new things as I was travelling. You may expect a delay in my posts. I am sharing with you all my recipe to make patties which are hot and delicious. Have nice meal everyone.

Recipe for Four

Ingredients: 1 onion medium sized, 3 potatoes, 2 bowl frozen green peas, garlic 4 cloves, one inch ginger, black pepper, red chilli, cottage cheese, red chilli, salt, puff pastries.

Here are the steps for wonderful hot Puff Pastries. I had air frier available here so I made this in air frier you can use your style to cook or have the vegi mix all on its own or with rice or in a wrap.

Here are the steps.

Step 1. Chop the onion in very small parts.

Step 2. Wash potatoes, peel them off and cut them in small parts.

Step 3. Take 2 bowl of frozen green peas and put them water for 5 minutes and drain the water then.

Step 4. Take a pan and add one serving spoon of cooking oil. Heat the oil.

Step 5. Add grinded black pepper in hot oil.

Step 6. Now add onion and ginger garlic paste in the pan. Heat it till onions change the color.

Step 7. Now add potatoes in the pan.

Step 8. Mix well and then add green peas in the pan.

Step 9. Add a cup of water and then add salt and red chilli as per taste. I added a tea spoon of salt and red chilli.

Step 10. Mix well, close the lid, let it cook and soften. Once potatoes are soft add 200 grams of small cut pieces of cottage cheese. Heat well, keep moving.

Step 11. it’s ready in 3 minutes as my cottage cheese was frozen.

Step 12. Here is a yummy veggie mix.You can have this as it is or with rice or as a wrap.

Part B. Making patties with this vegi mix

Step 13. Take ready made puff pastries and cut it in 4 parts.

Step 14. Fill in the stuffings made above and add cheese on top of it.

Step 15. Close it diagonally and use a fork to close the corners. Make another.

Step 16. Put it to heat in an air fryer with 0 oil.

Step 17. Heat it for 7 minutes on high temperature in air fryer, flip the sides and heat it for another 7 minutes.

It’s ready to serve and have.
