Cottage cheese with Cheese. Happy Thanksgiving.

Here is a special dish form my side. Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Ingredients: 200 gram cottage cheese, Cheese Spread, Cheese slice, tomato, onion, green capsicum, cucumber, red chilly flakes, salt, black pepper, cooking oil, or other kinds of cheese you like.

Step 1. Take 200 gram cottage cheese. Wash it.

Step 2. Cut half vertically and then cut the cheese from side horizontally. That means put the knife horizontally into cottage cheese to cut in two slices. Note, not two parts but in horizontal direction.

Step 3. Marinate cottage cheese so cut in water with salt and black pepper.

Step 4. Take a pan to cook cottage cheese. Put 2 spoon of cooking oil on it and heat it.

Step 5. Put two slice of cut cottage cheese on pan. Heat cottage cheese from both sides on pan. Till it stars becoming golden in color. Heat on medium flame.

Step 6. Take it out on a plate.

Step 7. And use cheese spread on it, after a minute of cooking, as it’s just out of pan means it is too hot then.

Step 8. Chop onion, capsicum, tomato and cucumber into very small parts.

Step 9. Spread these chopped vegetables on the processed cottage cheese.

Step 10. Cover it with more cheese, I used cheese spread you can use other kind of cheese as well, as per choice and taste.

Heat it in microwave till cheese starts to melt.

Step 11. Sprinkle pizza seasoning, salted oregano, red chilli flakes and it’s ready to be served.

You can double the two slice but it taste well as single slice. Something like pizza. But it use not cereal no wheat no flour. It’s delicious.

Delicious
