Cheesy Rice Salad all in 10 minutes

Here is my recipe for cheesy rice salad.

I love cheese, hence tried on the usual rice salad I eat whenever rice is on menu.

Ingredients: Salad ingredients, 1 bowl of boiled rice, cheese of your choice, salt, pepper and red chilli flakes.

Step 1. Chop salad ingredients into small parts. I took 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum and 1 small cucumber.

Step 2. Take a bowl of boiled rice and spread it on a large microwave safe platter. I had rice boiled on a pan. You can boil it in cooker as well as it suits you.

Step 3. Add chopped salad on rice in bowl.

Step 4. Add black pepper, red chilli and salt in the bowl and mix the ingredients.

Step 5. Add cheese of your choice in bowl now. I used cheese spread. Add as much cheese you like.

Step 6. Mix well and heat it in microwave for a while. Some seconds.

It’s ready to be served hot, tasty and cheesy.
