Ingredients: 1 onion, Half Cabbage, 100 gram Cottage-cheese, 1 carrot, 100 gram noodles.
Step 1. Take vegetables and cottage cheese and wash them. I took, 1 onion, half cabbage, 1 carrot, that is it.
Step 2. Grate cottage cheese.
Step 4. Grate carrot, cabbage and onion as well. You can take more onion as well.
Step 5. Cut noodles in small 1 inch parts. Boil noodles in plain water and leave it to cool. You can do this step while you are grating vegetables and cottage cheese. Put the boiled noodles in a serving bowl.
Step 6. Mix the grated vegetables in the serving bowl.
Step 8. Mix well, add one small tea spoon salt, some pepper, and pasta seasoning.
Step 9. Mix well it’s ready to be served. Note noodles were at room temperature and vegetables were either cold or at room temperature. So this won’t be a warm meal but a cold meal.
