Simple and Quick, Basa Tomato Fish Curry- 10 minutes in 4 Simple Steps.

Step 1. Wash fish well and marinate for 10 minutes in lemon and salt, minor salt Basa fish absorbs salt very fast. The process involves in the cut fish pieces squeze 2 lemons and add salt. Mix well, let it be like this for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Put some extra essential oil in frying pan. This time I tried with a little extra oil -6 spoons– to taste the flavor. Use some beneficial vegetable oil. Heat it and fry the fish in it. Fried fish taste well in curry. You can try non fried fish too, it shall give you a taste which is softer than this one, in case you want to not over use oil.

Step 3. Put in same oil , (add few spoons extra if oil seem lesser) minced tomatoes in it. (I used 4 tomatoes). Heat it well, till oil separates out from tomato residue in pan. As soon as this is done, put fish pieces in it. Add spices as per taste, I added, 1/2 spoon salt and 1/2 spoon red chili, that was it.

Step 4. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Fish curry is ready.
