It was raining here today. How’s it there?
So my today’s recipe is about Spinach. I had spinach at home and it was not that cold that I would had made a spinach soup. So I made spinach juice. And it was so refreshing that I can’t tell you. So if you are not allergic to it, do try spinach juice. All you need is fresh spinach, lemon and salt.

Recipe for two is here, but I took both the glasses as it was so delicious. Now I am thinking why I didn’t made it before. Healthy and tasty what a combination.
Step 1. Wash well spinach, cut it small. Remove branches.

Step 2. Fill half mixture grinder with cut spinach.

Step 3. Add one cup of water and grind it. After it is fully grinded add two cup water more, mix well.

Step 4. Sieve it, remove pulp. Keep the juice.

Step 5. Juice is ready, add one lemon juice, salt to taste and you are ready to serve it.

Ready to serve.
