Today I share my recipe which I myself tried first time is Mint-lemon rice.
PS. See ingredients suits you.
Step 1. Take handful of fresh mint leaves.

Step 2. Wash them.

Step 3. Take half cup of rice.

Step 4. Wash it well.

Step 5. Take same amount of water as was rice, i.e. half cup of water. If you took 2 cup rice, then 2 cup water needed.

Step 6. Now add the above washed mint to mixing grinder.

Step 7. Add above water in mixture grinder and grind it well. I took half cup water. Add half spoon of salt now.

Step 8. Take this water out in a bowl.

Step 9. Now, take 4 spoon cooking oil. Add it in a pressure cooker.

Step 9. Add the rice in cooker now and add mint water mixture.
Step 10. Close the cooker and give it a whistle. Let the cooker open up naturally and don’t pressure out the cooker.
Step 11. Squeeze half lemon in rice now and add half spoon of black pepper.

Step 12. Mix it all well.
It’s definitely delicious and you must try it once.
