Kidney Beans in White Sauce Pasta/Eggs

Hope you are doing well,

Today I present my own recipe of white sauce with kidney beans pasta or you can have white sauce kidney beans with eggs or both.

There are lot of recipes of red sauce kidney beans pasta, this one is with white sauce. Have it enjoy it hot.

Here is the simple, delicious recipe.

Step 1. Take a cube of butter. Heat it in a frying pan.

Step 2. Add one tablespoon of refined flour in frying pan.

Step 3. Mix with spatula, keep mixing on low heat till the mixture is uniform and golden in color.

Step 4. Add one bowl of milk in the frying pan now. Mix well.

Step 5. Mix well. Keep mixing.

Step 6. Now it’s done. The mixture is smooth, homogeneous and ready. Keep this ratio if making bigger number of plates.

Step 7. Add one bowl of boiled kidney beans in frying pan now.

Step 8. Add black pepper and salt to taste.

Step 9. Mix well. Add boiled pasta now or have it with eggs.
