Orange Ginger Grape Punch Mocktail

Greetings,

How are you all doing?

Today I share with you steps to make yummy Mocktail. It’s with grapes where orange plays hide and seek with tough ginger. All with no extra added sugar.

Here is the recipe for one. Did you like it. Let me know in comments.

Ingredients: Two branches of sweet grapes, half orange, one inch by half centimeter of ginger, salt and black pepper, mint. That’s it.

Step 1. Take 2 branches of grapes. I had seedless grapes not very sweet but sweet enough and not sour.

Step 2. Take the grapes out and put it in washing bowl, add salt to it. Let it be dipped for few minutes to clean the grapes. You may not need this step if you have fresh grapes.

Step 3. Wash away the water, separate the grapes from it branches. I got 5 handful of grapes.

Step 4. Take two branches of fresh mint. One inch by half centimeter of ginger. Take half tsp of black pepper and one tsp of salt. Take seeds out from orange flakes.

Step 5. Add cleaned grapes, orange, mint leaves and ginger in mixture grinder and grind it for 30 seconds on low and 30 seconds on medium-low speed.

Step 6. Mix till fine mixture is formed.

Step 7. Put a sieve and filter the juice into a vessel.

Step 8. Use a spoon to filter juice out and till pulp separates.

Step 9. In the vessel add salt and black pepper in quantities described above.

Step 10. Take a serving glass with ice, five ice cubes.

Step 11. Pour the juice in glass.

Drink is ready to be served.
