Grape lemon Minty Mocktail

Greetings everyone,

How is summer going for those in Northern Hemisphere and how’s winter start in southern hemisphere?

It’s summer in Delhi. To beat the summer I made grape mocktail. I share with you my recipe.

Ingredients: Grapes, fresh mint leaves, one lemon, salt, black pepper, with no sugar.

Step 1. Take 2 small bunches of grapes. Wash them with water in which salt is being added.

Step 2. Take two branches of fresh mint leaves, half tsp salt, half tsp of black pepper, and cut lemon in two parts.

Step 3. After washing the grapes, separate the grapes from branches, it would be one bowl of grapes. Separate mint leaves from branches, add both to mixture grinder.

Step 4. Run the mixture grinder for 1 minute add some water (1/4 cup) and run mixture grinder again.

Step 5. Take a sieve and a serving bowl, and empty mixture grinder into the sieve on serving bowl. Sieve would separate the fibre from grape juice.

Step 6. Now add salt, black pepper and squeeze in one small lemon juice in the serving bowl. Mix well.

Step 7. Time to serve. Take the serving glass and put in 5 ice cubes in it.

Step 8. Now add the grape juice into this glass.

Step 9. Fill in some more ice, and it’s ready to be served.

Cheers

It’s simply delicious and have 0 external sugar.

Have a great day
