Greetings everyone,

How are you doing? Hope I find you in good spirits.

In northern hemisphere it’s summers now with temperatures hitting 40 degrees. So, I share with you my recipe to beat summer afternoon heat.

Recipe for two here.

Ingredients: Tea, one orange, one spoon honey, ice cubes, water.

Step 1. Heat 2 mug of water in a pan.

Step 2. Add two spoons of black tea in pan now and heat it till boil.

Step 3. Take one sweet orange.

Step 4. Cut the orange into two parts.

Step 5. Take juice out of the two oranges into a glass, I used hand juicer.

Step 6. By now tea must have come to a boil.

Step 7. Use a sieve to remove tea granules from boiled part into another steel pan.

Step 8. Now mix the sieved black tea with squeezed orange juice.

Step 9. Add two spoons of honey in this pan.

Step 10. Put the tea in two mugs then, you can have it hot as well, it taste awesome. And keep it in fridge for few hours if you want to beat the summer heat.

Step 11. Take a glass add 7-8 ice cubes into it, add one mug of black tea above into that glass. Time to serve.

And it’s awesome.
