Ripe Mango-Unripe Mango Mint flavoured Drink for Summers

Today I bring to you recipe of cold mock tail which is sweet and have sourness of unripe mango on and off. Here it is,

Here is the quick recipe of the sweet drink.

Note: See if mint and green mango suits you.

Ingredients: 1 ripe mango, 1 unripe mango, 9-10 mint leaves, 2-4 spoon of sugar, water. That’s it.

Steps 1. Take one ripe mango, take one unripe mango, wash it. One big ripe mango and 1 small unripe mango. Increase or decrease in same ratio. For example 2 small ripe mango and one half unripe big mango. This is the ratio chart for this drink. See size ration below.

Step 2. Cut both ripe mango and unripe mango, wash around 10 fresh mint leaves.

Step 3. Put these three ingredients into mixture grinder.

Step 4. Grind these into mixture grinder to become a paste.

Step 5. Add 2 glass of cold water in it. Add 2 to 4 spoons of sugar in this depending on how ripe your mango was. Refrigerate it.

Time to serve.
