Today I share you my recipe of stuffed green chickpeas and potato bread.
Here it is,

Does that make temptations or craving ? You can have it with chilli sauce.
Here is the recipe,
Step 1. Take half bowl of green chickpeas, was it well.

Step 2. Take one potato and cut it half.

Step 3. Boil potato and green chickpeas in a pressure cooker with any other way you may like to boil.

Step 4. Once boiled take potato out, peel potato. Seive green chickpeas.


Step 5. Take potato and green chickpeas in a bowl.

Step 6. Add red chilli and salt to taste.

Step 7. Mix well, make nice mixture, mash it well pressing the boiled chickpeas much more with serving spoon.

Step 8. Take wheat flour dough and roll it.

Take handful of potato green chickpeas mixture and stuff it in dough.

Step 9. Cover the mixture in the dough by making a pressure.

Step 10. Expand it on a slab, use dry dough so that it does not stick to slab.

Step 11. Put some cooking oil on the flat frying pan.

Step 12. Put the uncooked bread on the frying pan.

Step 13. In a while flip side and apply cooking oil on cooked side of the stuffed bread.

Step 14. Flip again and then again, till bread turns golden in color.

Step 15. Ready to serve

Step 16. Cut it in four parts, enjoy with the sauce of your likings, suits best with Maggie red chilli sauce.
