Here is a quick recipe of spring onion based flat bread.
Ingredients: Spring onions, wheat flour refined or unrefined, salt, chilli red or green, butter/clarified butter/cooking oil. That’s it!
Step 1. Take spring onion 6 strands of spring onions.

Step 2. Dip spring onions in water with salt for 5 minutes.

Step 3. Take 4 red chilli or red chilli as per Tate.

Step 4. Take spring onions on a chopping board and cut it in fine parts.

Step 5. Cut finely green chilli in case you are using red chili no need to follow this step.

Step 6. Take one bowl of wheat flour in a bigger bowl.

Step 7. Put in the cut spring onions in a mixing bowl. Add chili (red chilli or green chilli or a combination of both as per taste). Add salt as per taste, I added two pinch of salt, in this mixture.

Step 8.Mix the mixture. Optionally add black pepper.

Step 9. Knead well. Add some water and knead.

Step 10. Knead well, add little water, little by little add more water. Keep kneading.

Step 11. And the dough is ready.

Step 12. Take a handful of dough on a rolling stone. Roll it between hands to make it a round ball.

Step 13. Roll it with a roller.

Step 14. Heat a flat frying pan. Add some cooking oil/butter/clarified butter, whatever is available on the pan now.

Step 15. Put the uncooked bread on frying pan.

Step 16. Flip side and apply cooking oil/butter/clarified butter on other side, flip on and off, till golden shade appears on the flat bread.

Step 17. Keep flipping sides.

Step 18. Make sure it’s not uncooked, press well to cook it full if uncooked ends remains.

The meal is ready! Have it with butter/pickle/ sauce of your choice.
