Today I am sharing you my recipe of fresh onion bread flavoured with fresh green parsley.
Enjoy it with yellow butter. Do try it!
Here is the recipe for one.
Ingredients: Kneaded dough, half onion, salt, red chilli, olive oil, fresh parsley. That’s it for delicious treat!
Step 1. Take one onion and two cloves of garlic.

Step 2. Chop half onion on a chopping board, chop garlic cloves as well into small parts.

Step 3. Add salt and red chilli as per taste, I added two pinch of each. Take two small chunks of fresh kneaded flour (kneaded with water and flour only).

Step 4. Mix onion, garlic, salt and red chilli.

Step 5. Take half handful of fresh green parsley and fresh green basil leaves. Chop it on a wooden chopping board into small part.

Step 6. Mix chopped green parsley-basil with chopped onion-garlic on wooden chopping board.

Step 7. Take the fresh/refrigerated dough and mix this mixture in it.

Step 8. Knead well, to make sure it’s uniform kneaded flavoured dough.

Step 9. Make two chunks from this onion-parsley dough.

Step 10. Take one chuck, it’s handful in size, use some dry flour and roller, roll it on slab. Here it goes, make it a circle, cut extra parts.

Step 11. Take a frying pan, put your cooking oil on pan. I used olive oil.

Step 12. Put the rolled dough on the pan with heated oil.

Step 13. Flip the side, apply cooking oil on the other side now.

Step 14. Use cooking oil on both sides.

Step 15. Cook both sides.

It’s ready to be served.

Have it with butter. Cut it in 4 parts.
