Here is a simple recipe to make tasty vegetable rice for two.
Ingredients: Handful of Green Peas, rice, 1 potato, 1 tomato, 2 small onions, salt, red chili.
Step 1. Take Handful of Green Peas, 1 potato, 1 tomato, 2 small onions and wash them, peel potato.

Step 2. Cut the vegetables.

Step 3. Take a bowl of rice and wash it well.

Step 4. Take a cooker and heat 2 serving spoon of cooking oil in it.

Step 5. When oil is heated, add onions and fry for a minute and then add other vegetables.

Step 6. Add rice in this cooker. And add one bowl and one quarter of water for one bowl of plain rice.

Step 7. Add one tea spoon of salt, one quarter of tea spoon of red chili. Close the cooker. Heat it on medium flame. Close the gas after one whistle and let the cooker be closed till all water gas is there in cooker, it may take 10 minutes and this will cook the rice.
Step 8. Once all gas comes out of cooker, rice is ready.
Time to serve.
