Rice Toast

I wanted to try making rice toast. Here in this blog is my first recipe to make rice toast. It was nice, but there are many improvements in it that I would try in coming times and present you another version of rice toast. You are welcome to enhance it for better taste and share your version of rice toast as well. My advice, try using Mayo so that rice sticks together more.

Ingredients: Half cup raw rice, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, 1 onion, bread, black pepper, salt, 2 spoons of cooking oil.

Step 1. Take 1 capsicum, 1 tomato, 1 onion and cut it finely in small parts.

Step 2. Boil 1 cup of rice.

Step 3. Take 2 scoops of rice and put it in a bowl.

Step 4. Add raw vegetables just cut above in the bowl.

Step 5. Heat 2 spoon of cooking oil in frying pans, you may choose butter as well.

Step 6. Add black pepper as per taste when oil warms up.

Step 7. Put the mixture so formed above in pan and mix it for a while, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Don’t overcook it, as this taste is perfect for the patty. Somewhat uncooked.

Step 8. Mix well. Add salt as per taste, I used a pinch of it.

Step 9. Toast two breads using butter, try making it crispy. Crispy bread are needed as rice is soft. You may heat it with butter on a pan and flipping sides till it is crispy.

Step 10. Take bread and spread the rice mixture on it.

Step 11. Cover with another toasted bread. And cut diagonally.

Step 12. It’s ready to serve.
