Unripe Green Mango Iced Tea

Ingredients for 1 cup of iced tea: 1 small unripe green mango, 1 spoon sugar, 1 tea spoon tea, or one tea bag, ice, that’s it.

Recipe

Step 1. Take 1 glass water and pour it in tea making pan.

Step 2. Heat the water in pan.

Step 3. Take one spoon of tea and put it in pan with water. If you like stronger tea add little extra, but best taste is with medium flavor of tea. And if you love mild tea add lesser amount of tea.

Step 4. Add 1 spoon of sugar. It’s optional, add sugar as per taste.

Step 5. When the tea is boiled close the stove and let it cool.

Step 6. Take one green mango. Wash it.

Step 7. Peel the unripe green mango, it sour. Cut it in small parts.

Step 8. Take mixture grinder and grind the green mango, use smaller mixer as content is less. Then add some water to make it a uniform mixture.

Step 9. Take tea out in a mug and this mixture, and put it in fridge to cool it.

Step 10. Once cooled, take the mug and glass out, mix both cool mixtures.

Step 11. Take a glass and fill it one fourth with ice cubes.

Step 12. Put the mixture of cold black tea and grinded mixture of green unripe mango into this glass.

It’s ready to serve, cold!
