

Ingredients: 2 onions, one medium size another small, one green chilli, 2 eggs, 2 breads, 1 medium sized capsicum, salt, red chilli, butter, clarified butter. That’s it.
Recipe
Step 1. Take ingredients as mentioned above.
Cut 1 onion and 1 capsicum in long thing strands. Cut 1 small onion into very small parts, cut some coriander leaves and one green chilli in small parts to be beated with eggs.

Step 2. Heat one spoon of butter in a frying pan.

Step 3. Add to the pan long cut onion and capsicum. Mix it constantly.

Step 4. Keep mixing till color of onion start to change. Heat on medium heat only. Keep mixing, once cooked, that is onions turn golden, close the stove.

Step 5. In a bowl, take the egg to beat, add half cut onions and green chilli and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 6. Take a non stick frying pan, add 2 spoon of clarified butter. Put the beaten egg on bread and flip it upside down on pan, wait for a while.

Step 7. Put remaining beated egg on other side of bread and turn the bread upside down.

Step 8. Take the cooked bread out on a plate.

Step 9. Do the same with second egg and second bread.

Step 10. Both breads are ready with cooked eggs.

Step 11. Fill in the filling we created at start of the cooking session. Heat it once before filling in breads mix a pinch of salt and red chilli to it.

Step 12. Take one bread and spread this stuffing on it, cover the stuffing with another bread.

Step 13. Cut the bread in two parts.

Step 14. It’s ready to serve.
