
Here is delicious salad made from base brown lentils. Here is recipe.
Ingredients: Half cup brown lentil, 1 capsicum, 1 onion, 1 tomato, salt, red chilli, black pepper, half lemon is optional.
Recipe
Step 1. Take half cup of brown lentil.

Step 2. Put lentil in water overnight.

Step 3. On the next evening after dipping it in water. Take a capsicum, a onion and a tomato.

Step 4. Cut the vegetables.

Step 5. Heat 2 spoon of cooking oil.

Step 6. Once oil is heated add finely cut onions in the pan and heat for a while, before it changes color add lentils to it.

Step 7. Move lentils consistently, fry it till it is crispy.

Step 8. Add cut capsicum and cut tomato to lentil. Close the gas burner and keep tomato and capsicum as uncooked. Add salt, black pepper and red chilli as per taste.

Step 9. It’s ready to serve.

Step 10. Optionally you can add lemon to it in a bowl for added flavor.
