Peanut Curry/Sause

Note: I never got time before to cook. These recipes are first time trials out of my innovative ways of thinking. Please check it suits you or not. I am trying it for first time myself. After completion of Ph.D.

Step 1. Take 100 grams of peanuts, peeled off. Soak it in water for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Keep few spoons of water and grind it with blender/mixture grinder. Mine grinder not working so I am using blender.

Step 3. Once done, heat some oil in pan and put the paste in it. Mix it and close the heat flame.

Step 4. Add water in the frying pan.

Step 5. Heat it, mix it and add salt, chili, and optional spices you like.

Step 6. Curry/Sause is ready to be used. I put it on boiled potatoes.

Step 7. Top it with some more salt and chili.
