Exotic Unripe Mango Drink. An awesome mocktail!

Must try, in summers ! It just needs 2 unripe mangoes, salt, sugar for 3 glasses of exotic drink ! And total 5 minutes in kitchen! Its ready! You can add crushed cumin, mint to add more flavors. That’s optional and only after the first is done. I suggest a thicker version, to feel the sour, sweet taste of unripe mango!

Step 1. Take two unripe mangoes,, hereafter called mango only. Wash and peel them with a peeler.

Step 2. Cut them in big pieces.

Step 3. Put the mango pieces in a pressure cooker with three spoons of sugar and 2 cups of water and let it heat till two whistles of cooker. Let the steam of cooker go away on its own.

Step 4. Once steam goes out, let it cool. So you don’t have to do anything in kitchen till then. Once the water and pulp is at room temperature, take out the big pieces and put in mixer grinder. [cooling as mixer can blow if you switch it on with hot things]. Keep water in cooker only to be mixed later.

Step 5. Mix it well.

Step 6. Put half spoon salt in it and pour in the remaining water from cooker to mixer, stir with a serving spoon. Mix more cold water to get 3-4 glasses of drink.

Step 7. Drink is ready, put ice, or cool in refrigerator! An awesome mocktail!

You can choose the thickness you like, I prefer slightly thicker drink and some like really water like consistency. Put some mint and crushed cumin in later trials! You would love the drink!
