Happy Orthodox Easter. Today Beaten Cold Coffee is my special.

Greetings everyone,

How are you doing?

I wish you all a very Happy Orthodox Easter.

I ll have a French Burger now, whose recipe I ll share with you soon. I am sorry I use French as a prefix even if it’s not incepted in France as I think it’s derived from French Toast. So if you don’t like I can change the name of food from French Burger to something else.

Well it would take me time to cook my meal for today. Till then I thought to convey my messages for orthodox Easter, I wish you a day of brotherhood, a day when we come together. A day to remind the power this day has, the significance of the day. Take care of each other.

I made coffee beaten cold coffee. Here is the special for my day.

Step 1. Take one glass of chilled milk, add one spoon of Bru coffee in it. Grinde it for 30 seconds in mixture grinder.

Step 2. Take four spoon of dry coffee powder and 4 spoon of sugar.

Step 3. Add two spoon of water in the bowl.

Step 4. Beat it with a beater.

Step 5. Beat it till it’s fluffy and well mixed. Look here how it looks.

Step 6. Add one tablespoon of it to mixture grinder which had coffee milk without sugar.

Step 7. Grind it again for 20 seconds.

Step 8. Take it out in a glass, don’t fill the glass.

Step 9. Add one tablespoon of beaten coffee into this glass.

Step 10. Mix well with a spoon.

It’s ready, enjoy coffee.

It’s cold, not very sweet and delicious.

Thank you for reading.

I hope you have a great orthodox Easter Day.

I’ll cook French Burger now. I shall share my recipe of meal soon.

Please take care.

Warm regards,

….
