Ginger-Honey Iced Tea

Greetings everyone,

How are you doing?

The monsoon is almost over this part of world. Winters still far away as humidity still in air.

Today I share with you my recipe of Ginger-honey iced tea to beat this humid temperature.

Here is my recipe, hope you like it.

Step 1. Take 2 inch ginger.

Step 2. Muddle it in a pestle.

Step 3. Heat muddled ginger with 2 cup water for 5 minutes on high flame.

Step 4. Add two spoon of tea in the pan.

Step 5. Heat tea for 3 minutes.

Step 6. Keep the tea to cool, when at room temperature put the sieved tea in fridge in a vessel.

Step 7. Take the serving glass and add one spoon of honey in glass. We add honey in glass as some honey drops do love to stick.

Step 8.Now pour cold seized tea in this glass.

Step 9. It’s ready to serve. Enjoy it with 7-8 ice cubes.

It’s so refreshing… enjoy the drink.
