Spicy Chicken Rice

Greetings everyone,

How are you doing?

Today I am sharing with you a recipe of spicy chicken rice. It uses no artificial colors and is delicious.

Do try the recipe.

Step 1. Take raw chicken and wash it well. I took half chicken for this recipe.

Step 2. Take 5 cloves of garlic, one inch of ginger. Use pestle to muddle it well.

Step 3. Now add 3 spoons of curd in it.

Step 4. Mix well in the utensil.

Step 5. Add these contents into mixture grinder and grind it well, till it’s a uniform paste.

Step 6. Empty it in a bowl, add salt and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

Step 7. The paste for marination is ready. Keep it in fridge till chicken is boiled. Marinate for 2 hours.

Step 8. Boil the chicken, give it 2 whistles in a pressure cooker.

Step 9. Once at room temperature add chicken to marination paste.

Step 9. Take spices, cloves, big cardamom, bay leaves, four more garlic, raw black pepper. Add 2 tbs of cooking oil in a frying pan, heat it. Add all these in frying pan mix well for 1 minute. Close the gas stove till then.

Step 10. Take 4 onions and cut them long. Now add cut onion in the above frying pan. Add salt and red chilli to taste. Keep mixing the onions till onions turn golden.

Step 11. Remove bay leaves now. After the onions in frying pan are cooled. Mix it in mixture grinder to make a paste out of it into a bowl. Don’t use mixture grinder on hot things.

Step 12. Now add marinated chicken in the bowl. Mix well.

Step 13. Add the mixture layer by layer in frying pan. You can use the same frying pan used to fry onions.

Step 14.Add a layer of hot boiled rice now. Add remaining marinated chicken on top of it.

Serve it hot.
