Sugarless Chilled Tasty Summer Drink

Today I shall share with you the recipe of chilled tasty sugarless summer drink.

Steps here.

Step 1. 2 inch ginger.

Step 2. Take a pestle and mash the ginger. Add this to 2 mug of water. Heat it for 5 minutes.

Step 3. Take 5 strands of mint leaves. Wash it well, take the leaves separate.

Step 4. Add the mint leaves in the pan which was heating ginger. Heat for another 5 minutes.

Step 5. Close the stove lid now.

Step 6. Let it be like this for half an hour. See how the color changes.

Step 7. Take one lemon.

Step 8. Take lemon juice in the serving glass, remove seeds from there.

Step 9. Sieve the mixture from pan in another pan.

Step 10. Add half teaspoons of salt and black pepper.

Step 11. It’s ready. Pour it in serving glass.

Step 12. Add 7-8 ice cubes, as the drink was not cold. Have it chilled. You may optionally keep it in fridge for a while. Don’t forget to add some mint leaves in the glass.
