Today I share with you my own recipe of curd/yogurt delight.

Ingredients: 1 cup curd/ yogurt, cumin powder, salt, ice cubes, fresh mint leaves.
That is it. A perfect healthy solution to mid day cravings.
Here is the recipe for 1.
Step 1. Take one bowl of curd/ yogurt from fridge. It should be fresh non sour.

Step 2. Add this in mixture grinder.

Step 3. Take 1 spoon of cumin powder. I’ll cover soon how to make cumin powder. For now understand it’s made from cumin seeds. Heat cumin seeds and then crush it with a roller on a slab. You get cumin powder in this way.

Step 4. Add cumin powder and salt to the mixture grinder. I added pink salt. You can add any salt.

Step 5. Now add 11 ice cubes in mixture grinder. Start the mixture grinder and grind it.

Step 6. Take some fresh mint leaves, 8-9 leaves.

Step 7. Add mint to mixture grinder now.

Step 8. Grind till ice breaks and mint dissolves.

Step 9. Pour it in serving glass.

Time to serve chilled iced curd/yogurt drink.
