Today I share with you recipe of grilled cottage cheese which is spicy in taste. It came out well.

I arranged it for an evening snacks party with guests.
Here is the recipe. Recipe in two stages, first stage is marination then second stage is grilling.
Ingredients: cottage cheese, butter, garlic, ginger, spices, curd/yogurt, cumin powder, black pepper, salt, red chilli
Step 1. Take half kg cottage cheese wash it.

Step 2. Cut cottage Cheese in big 1.5 sq inch blocks.

Step 3. Heat 2 blocks of butter in a frying pan.

Step 4. Take 4 cloves of garlic.

Step 5. Use a pestle to mince garlic after peeling it.

Step 6. Add minced garlic in hot frying pan with heated butter. Heat till golden color comes in garlic in pan.

Step 7. Add salt and red chilli in the frying pan now. 1 tsp red chilli and 2 tsp salt.

Step 8. Mix well.

Step 9. The garlic is coarse. So we need a mixture grinder to make it smooth mixture which can be used to marinate cottage cheese. Add these contents of frying pan to mixture grinder, add 2 blocks of cottage cheese as well.

Step 10. Now add two spoon of yogurt/ curd to mixture grinder. Add 1 centimetre square of ginger as well here to add taste.

Step 11. Grind till a smooth mixture is formed.

Step 12. Transfer contents of mixture grinder to frying pan. Now add black pepper powder, 1.5 tsp.

Step 13. Add cottage cheese blocks to it now. Keep it for marination for several hours. I kept it for 4 hours.

Step 14. Here I transferred it to a utensil.

This ends marination. We are left with grilling.

So if your guests are coming in 6 pm then be ready at 5.30 pm to grill it.
It took me half hour to grill, here are steps.
Step 1. Take the grilling tray, clean it with moist clean cotton cloth.

Step 2. Arrange marinated cottage cheese on grilled. You can use barbecue sticks for it as well.

Step 3. Adjust it in oven. Heat at 200 degrees for two sprints of 15 minutes each.

Step 4. It’s ready now.

Time to serve hot.
