Hi everyone,
It’s been a while.
How are you doing.
Today I share with you my recipe of cold coffee in this heat.
I tried many kinds of coffee before I finalized this one to be the best I made. This recipe is for cold coffee, if you want hot coffee with it, I ll share with you recipe for same.
This is coffee mousse like but not coffee mousse.

Here is the recipe.
Ingredients: 2 heaped tablespoons coffee powder, 1 full cup of sugar, some cold water, cold milk ( in case of cold coffee )
Once made it can be served to 9 people or you can store it in refrigerator for 2-3 days since it have no milk contents.
Step 1. Take 2 heaped tablespoons of coffee powder. Take it in a steel bowl.

Step 2. Take one cup of sugar.

Step 3. Grind the sugar in mixture grinder for few seconds till it becomes sugar powder. Alternatively, you may use sugar powder.

Step 4. Add powdered sugar in the steel bowl where coffee powder is there.

Step 5. Add two servings spoon full of cold water in this steel bowl.

Step 6. Start mixing with a electric beater ( the one use to make cake frosting)

Step 7. Keep adding two servings spoon filled with cold water and beat the coffee with electric beater. Beat till colour changes to creame. Add two servings spoon of cold water again and beat again. See the consistency.

Step 8. Each time you add more water the mousse size increases in the bowl. Add two more serving spoon of cold water and beat again till following consistency is obtained. I added 2 serving spoon of cold water in total 4 times.

Step 9. Take a spoon and see if it’s ready. It’s not hard as mousse nor that liquid.

Step 10. Take a glass and fill it half with milk. Add one tablespoon of this mixture in the glass.

Step 11. Add one more spoon of coffee mousse mixture in glass and add 5 ice cubes. It’s ready to have.

Step 12. Stir it with a spoon. Have it cold.

In case you want hot coffee add two tablespoons of the mousse mixture and add one teaspoon of coffee power in your coffee mug to make it stronger.
