Limette Iced Tea- Cool and Refreshing!

Greeting of the day,

How are you doing?

Here is me from my kitchen in South Delhi, India. I reached back to Delhi International Airport from Melbourne International Airport on 2nd July. The heat was scary as I was so comfortably used to cold polar blasts of Australia since past three months. However, moonson hit Delhi and it is raining here now, still sultry and not like as pleasant monsoons as it used to be in Dilli.

So to beat this heat here, I share with you my recipe of the day Limetta Iced Tea, delicious treat to beat the heat with lots of ice in it.

Here is breaking of summer heat of Delhi, try it if you feel hot too.

Quick steps here,

Step 1. Take 2 spoon of tea and boil it in one cup of water. Add two spoon of sugar, heat well for two minutes, let it cool in the pan. Then sieve the tea and keep this in a mug that can bear heat and put in fridge to cool down considerably.

Step 2. Take two fresh Limetta cut in two parts.

Step 3. Take juice of these cut Limette in juicer, I have a hand squeezer to squeeze these so I used hand squeezer to get this juice.

Step 4. Take the cold tea from fridge and add the squeezed Limette juice and mix it in this glass.

Step 5. Add enough ice in the glass and beat the heat, yeah?!

Enjoy the cool drink !
