Today I cooked a sweet dish which is often a change from regular meal. Sweet Semolina, semolina is granulated wheat. The recipe is quick, simple and super tasty.
This is the basic version I like, you may enhance it with things but I like this plain simple 10 minutes version most.
Here is a recipe.
Ingredients: 2 small bowls of granulated wheat, 2 small bowls of sugar of your choice, butter/ clarified butter/cooking oil.

Step 1. Take exactly same amount of granulated wheat (semolina) and same amount of sugar, any king of sugar, I had unprocessed sugar with me. I took exactly two small bowl of semolina and same amount of sugar. You may try different quantities of sugar as everyone has a different requirement for sweetness.

Step 2. Heat a pan and put this semolina in it. And keep moving the mixture with a spatula so that semolina does not stick to the bottom of pan. Add two spoons of butter/ clarified butter/ cooking oil in the pan now. And keep mixing it.

Step 3. In a separate pan heat three bowl of water and add sugar (your choice of sugar) as taken above.

Step 4. Keep moving the spatula in the pan to make sure that it does not burn the semolina. The semolina must turn golden-ish in color.

Step 5. By now you must close the heat of boiling water as sugar melts and mixes well in water. And wait for semolina to be cooked till golden version and brownish version is obtained. Both golden-ish version and brownish version have different tastes.
Step 6. Now add the heated water in the bigger pan where granulated wheat (semolina) is cooked.

Step 7. Keep mixing the ingredients to make it dense with heat.

Step 8. Choose the thickness you like to have, I like quite not so thick version, means not thick nor liquid like. Here is what I like..

It’s ready to be served.

You may add things in it to make it more attractive to you, but I like the simple version most.
