Hi everyone,
How are you doing?
Here is Lichi (also spelled as Lichee) delight in fruit mashup.
I saw Lichi today, this is the ripest fruit I ever had, even tastier than ripe mangoes I love, the more the ripe fruit is the more it taste well. So, I decided to make a fruit delight with Lichi, the fruit delight . There were some nice fruits with me today, I wanted to make a base for Lichi to make it majestic, so I made a recipe for this fruit delight on my own.
Look at it, how it looks? I tasted it it’s delicious! Let me know how’s my majestic recipe for you is?

So, here is a summary of what it is,
Look, these are Lichi fruit, as in Lichi cut with knife on vertically once and opened and the Lichi seed being taken out with hands, all these embroidered on a fruit mashup mix. The fruit mashup mix is basically a well thought of a well made up mixture of some nice fruits I had and some fruit juice with two spoons of sugar.
The taste comes out to be excellent and so so delicious. It’s amazing fruit delight. Please try if you can, it’s sweet in taste, the mixture base is very sweet in taste and topped with very ripe Lichi fruit it taste sumptuous.
These can be made with other combinations of fruits as well, but I choose these fruits only.
There is no limit to combinations of base of this fruit mashup and there is no limit to the topping fruit that can be used here.
Here are the steps.
Ingredients: Twelve Lichi, handful of Java Plum, five plums, one Limetta, one pomegranate, one mango and three spoons of white sugar. All fruits to be used should be cold just out of fridge.

Step 2. Peel the Lichee, peel the pomegranate, peel the mango, peel the Limetta.

Step 3. Now roughly cut the mango in very small parts.

Step 4. Now cut the Limetta into small parts making sure to remove all seeds from the lime fruit.

Step 5. Now cut the plum roughly into small parts.

Step 6. Cut the Java plums now into roughly long parts along its seed.

Step 7. Open the peeled off Lichi and remove the seeds, do this with hands.

Step 8. Take the pomegranate and make a juice out of it in a juicer, I had this squeezer to do the same, you can use any juicer.

Step 9. Put the cut Java Plum, the pomegranate juice made above and two spoon of white sugar crystals in a mixture grinder and make a nice paste out of it.

Step 9. Now add other cut fruits in the mixture grinder and mix it well, to get a very smooth mixture.

Step 10. The mixture is ready, look how beautiful this fruit mashup base for Lichi looks like, it looks so tempting, it’s not solid, it’s not liquid.

Step 11. Empty half of this mixture in a glass serving bowl.

Step 12. Once half of the fruit mix base is put in the serving bowl, decorate half of the open Lichi fruit on top of it.

Step 13. Now add rest of the fruit mashup mix base on top of these first layer of Lichis. And then cover the top of the dish with remaining open Lichis. Sprinkle half spoon of very small n white sugar crystals on top of it.

Step 14. Refrigerate this bowl for exactly seven minutes, given all fruits were taken out from fridge and hence were already cold.

Now it’s time to serve~~~

Isn’t it tempting?
Enjoy the meal.
Warm regards,
~~~~
